Can I request a flight from anywhere in the world?
You can request flights within Turkey, departing from Turkey, arriving in Turkey or between other countries without a stop in Turkey. Route, aircraft and crew availability, airport conditions and required permissions are assessed for each request.
Should I choose an air ambulance or patient transfer on a commercial flight?
The appropriate option depends on the patient’s assessed needs, journey duration and acceptance by the airline or operator. A medical escort, seat or stretcher arrangement does not guarantee the same capabilities as an air ambulance. Healthcare professionals make individual medical decisions.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Share departure and arrival countries and cities, dates and local times, passenger and companion numbers, baggage and any return or onward sectors. For patient transfers, first ask the coordinator how to share documents; do not put medical reports in the general message field.
When are the flight and service scope confirmed?
An enquiry is not a booking or flight approval. Confirm the operator, aircraft, crew, acceptance conditions and permissions, together with total price, inclusions, exclusions, payment, cancellation and changes, in writing. The operator conducts the flight; MEKJET coordinates the enquiry.
