Frequently Asked Questions
MEKJET coordinates enquiries for private jets, aircraft, helicopters, seaplanes and passenger aircraft charters. Air ambulance and medical escort requests are planned subject to the relevant assessments. Aircraft, crew, availability and service scope are confirmed for each request. The relevant operator conducts the flight; healthcare professionals make individual medical assessments.
To reserve an aircraft, you need to contact MEK JET. Our customer service representatives will assist you in making a reservation and gather your requirements. They will provide you with information about the rental process and reservation details.
Generally, for aircraft rental, you may be required to provide personal documents such as identification, passport, and payment information. More information about the required documents will be provided during the rental process.
Aircraft rental prices are determined based on several factors. The type of aircraft, rental duration, flight route, services, and specific requests can influence the prices. MEK JET's customer service representatives will evaluate your requirements and provide you with a suitable price offer.
You can request flights within Turkey, departing from Turkey, arriving in Turkey or between other countries without a stop in Turkey. Share the departure and arrival cities, date and local time. MEKJET assesses options against the route, aircraft and crew availability, airport conditions and required permissions. An enquiry is not flight approval or a guarantee of availability.
Charter arrangements depend on the aircraft, route and itinerary. Share whether you need a one-way flight, a same-day return or a multi-stop journey. Ask whether minimum billable flight time, waiting time or overnight charges apply to the proposed aircraft and confirm them in the written quote.
MEK JET offers various services during the aircraft rental process. These include private airport transfers, provision of cabin crew, accommodation of special requests for passenger comfort, food and beverage service, and more. Additionally, we are flexible in providing customized services based on your specific requests.
